AAA Math provides third graders with opportunities to learn, practice, play and explore math.  

ABCya! Third Grade children's computer games & activities feature large and easy-to-use navigation buttons as well as voice instructions. Games and activities include: alphabetical order, upper-case and lower-case letters, counting numbers, connect the dots, numerical order, shapes, addition, e-storybooks and holiday games. 

Aplus Math: This web site was developed to help students improve their math skills interactively. 

Brain Pop ESL: Lessons are provides units and lessons for beginning users of the English language.

Edheads provides free, educational online games focused on science, math, and critical thinking. 

Fun Brains provides games in math and reading.

Intel Unit Plans Integrating Technology:  Developed by teachers, this showcase includes a collection of exemplary unit and lesson plans that integrate technology into classroom projects. These plans aligns to standards and promotes higher-order thinking using curriculum-framing questions, authentic project tasks, effective instructional strategies, and performance assessment.

Internet4Classrooms – 3rd Grade Skills:  Interactive language arts and mathematics skill builders are provided for third graders 

Iowa Core - Standards  Check out this site from the Iowa Department of Education for the literacy and math standards, the appendices, etc.

IXL Math Standards and Skills/Problems:  Check out this site for sample problems that are aligned with the Common Core Math Standards.

MathWire - Problem Solving for Grades 3 and 4  These standards-based math activities were recommended to Iowa ASCD by national math consultant, Dr. Timothy J. McNamera.

IXL Grade 3 Math:  Here is a list of all of the skills students learn in third grade! The skills are organized into categories, and you can move your mouse over any skill name to see a sample question. To start practicing, just click on any link. IXL will track your score, and the questions will even increase in difficulty as you improve!

XtraMath  Free web-based program can be used at school and at home for practice of the basic facts to increase speed and accuracy. Teachers can individualize student fact practice program, track student progress and print flyers to go home.
